Today was a treated day. For real. Lunch was horribly filling - and jinhui paid for it. I felt so guilty cuz I ordered the more expensive set ($15.90++) when the alternative is $13.50++ for the lunch special X: and what's worse, I couldn't finish it anyways x___x

The first person of all to congratulate me with something sweet is none other than Ms Guifang (okay fine, EDLYN). She was supposed to be sending me sunflowers via her mum's florist shop at suntec, near my workplace, but look at what she gave me instead:

My cg friends are amazing loll. First Sherlynn congratulated me on my NBS acceptance with a coffeebean mudpie (which really is more brownie than mudpie to me - but it's still very yummy!). And we walked around West Mall. Then she had to go and Sam and Mariel came and continued to celebrate my pride and glory (loll).
And I was treated to a Banana Split at Swensons as a result.

The icing on top of the luxurious, sinful triple-tiered cake is: the tealady (more affectionately known as Aunty) made dessert twice this week for all the staff. WHOA IT'S DAMN NICE. The green bean soup and cheng tng can rival those of any dessert kiosk and even my mum's and grandmum's - and that's really something. Zomgosh.
